The Sembrich has been a venue for young artists to learn and perform since 1924. It served as Madame Sembrich’s vocal studio where she trained singers from The Juilliard School of Music and the Curtis Institute of Music. On summer afternoons and evenings, students would present recitals for the public. We continue this tradition today with our annual showcase.
