The Sembrich is seeking an energetic and self-driven individual to join our team as Groundskeeper. This individual will perform landscape maintenance and care of outdoor facilities. The position is part-time and seasonal, from late April through October. 

Responsibilities: 

• Routine lawn maintenance 

• Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs 

• Removing unwanted leaves, dead or damaged trees, and other vegetation 

• Planting shrubs and flowers 

• Watering gardens, lawns, and landscapes 

• Monitoring and maintaining plant health 

• Maintaining gravel, wood chip, and asphalt pathways 

• Other outdoor duties as assigned 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Groundskeeping experience 

• Ability to work independently 

• Love of the outdoors 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 

• Knowledge of native horticulture and / or ecology 

• Experience safely using landscaping equipment and tools 

Additional Details 

• Wage: $18/hour 

• Work schedule established by mutual agreement, and can range from 8-20 hours/week 

• All work will be completed during daylight hours
